Description
Bio-Kokosnussmehl ist ein gemahlenes und gesiebtes Mehl, das aus dem Kuchen des nativen Kokosnussöls gewonnen wird. Es ist frei von Gluten, reich an Ballaststoffen und hat einen hohen Gehalt an Eiweiß.
Kokosmehl hat eine Haltbarkeit von 12 Monaten und sollte in einer trockenen Umgebung gelagert werden, wobei es vor Feuchtigkeit und Verunreinigungen zu schützen ist. Um eine mikrobielle Kontamination zu vermeiden, ist es ratsam, nach dem Öffnen der Verpackung einen sauberen Löffel zu verwenden.
Unser Kokosnussmehl ist zertifiziert nach ISO22000, USDA NOP, EU Organic, JAS, FDA, Halal und Kosher.
Coco House Bio Kokosnussmehl kann zum Backen und für Süßwaren verwendet werden.
Packaging Description
Organic Coconut Flour is exported bulk in 25kg 3ply kraft bags with inner foodgrade polyliner. The polyliner is first filled with the flour and heat sealed, and then the poyliner is inserted inside the 3 ply kraft bag and stitch sealed.
