Coco House Organic Coconut Butter is produced from grinding low moisture dehydrated coconut kernel i.e. desiccated coconut. It is a creamy, viscous product with natural fats. It is soluble in hot water, but when added to frozen items, it forms a thick layer of coconut butter. It contains a rich, caramelized coconut flavor.
Coco House Organic Coconut Butter has a shelf life of 12 months and should be stored at an ambient temperature away from direct sunlight. Once opened, the lid should be kept tightly fastened to prevent insect and moisture contamination.
