The product has gentle sweetness and is used to enhance both the flavor and texture of variety of food products such as cookies, smoothies, curries, cakes, pastries, desserts and puddings. Coco House Organic Desiccated Coconut has a shelf life of 12 months and should be stored in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination. Once the package is opened, it is advisable to use a clean spoon to avoid microbial contamination.
Coco House is certified organic for USDA NOP, EU Organic and JAS. It also consists of SMETA certification under SEDEX. It is produced in a BRC certified facility, with Halal & Kosher standards.
