Description
Organic Desiccated Coconut (DC) High Fat Medium is produced from the fresh white meat of the coconut kernel. The white kernel is cut into medium mesh sized particles and then dried at 100 celsius centigrade. It has a fat % between 63%-68%.
Organic desiccated coconut has a shelf life of 12 months and should be stored in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination Once the package is opened, it is advisable to use a clean spoon to avoid microbial contamination.
