The coconut water is mixed with coconut treacle and salt and then fermented and pasteurized to produce coconut aminos. Coconut aminos is a soy-free and low glycemic natural, flavoring ingredient. It is dark, rich, salty and slightly sweet in flavour.
Coco House Organic Coconut Aminos has a shelf life of 12 months and should be stored at an ambient temperature away from direct sunlight. Once opened, the lid should be kept tightly fastened to prevent insect and moisture contamination.
Coco House is certified organic for USDA NOP, EU Organic and JAS. It is produced in an FSSC22000 certified facility, with Halal & Kosher standards.
