Description
Organic Desiccated Coconut (DC) Chips is produced from the fresh white meat of the coconut kernel. The white kernel is cut into chip sized pieces and then dried at 100 celsius centigrade. It has a fat % between 63%-68%.
Organic coconut chips have a shelf life of 12 months and should be stored in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination. Once the package is opened, it is advisable to use clean equipment or hands to avoid microbial contamination.

Coconut chips are used for baking, confectionery items and direct consumption.
