Description
Organic Desiccated Coconut (DC) Chips is produced from the fresh white meat of the coconut kernel. The white kernel is cut into chip sized pieces and then dried at 100 celsius centigrade. It has a fat % between 63%-68%.
Organic coconut chips have a shelf life of 12 months and should be stored in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination. Once the package is opened, it is advisable to use clean equipment or hands to avoid microbial contamination.
Our partner coconut chip suppliers are certified BRC, USDA NOP, EU Organic, JAS, FDA, Halal and Kosher.
Coconut chips are used for baking, confectionery items and direct consumption.
Packaging Description
Coconut chips are exported bulk in 10kg 3ply kraft bags with inner foodgrade polyliner. The polyliner is first filled with the DC and heat sealed, and then the poyliner is inserted inside the 3 ply kraft bag and stitch sealed.
A container can fit 10,000 kg, or in other words 1000 of the 10kg bags.

We offer delivery on FOB, CFR, CIF and DTD basis. Clients can purchase as low as 500kg.
