    Our CEO wishes to personally establish relationships with all our private label clients. Knowing about your business goals makes it easier to help you succeed. In this stage, we will discuss the client’s product, packaging, pricing, shipping and payment term requirements in brief.

  • Selecting the product

    Select the right products for your market

    Clients are able to choose from a variety of coconut products to begin their private label journey (link to all products page). At this stage, we are able to share with the client the product’s sensory and technical parameters, the product’s key consumer attractions, the product’s uses and the product’s price.

  • Brand Designing

    Design your brand packaging

    For each coconut edible product, we offer a range of packaging options. For coconut oil, we offer glass jars, glass bottles, PET jars and PET bottles. The common sizes are 1L, 500ml and 200ml; however, we are able to offer other options as well. For coconut flour, coconut sugar, and desiccated coconut, we offer a variety of standup pouches including transparent and alufoil. For coconut milk and coconut cream, we offer 400ml A1 type cans. All packaging formats are food-grade.

    Likewise, the client will have an option to select from a variety of artwork labelling options. Although the usual artwork label options are gloss laminate or matt varnish with a 3-4 colour print, we also offer clients gold foiling, transparent and other advanced artwork options.

    The packaging you chose for your market is what we will proceed ahead with so that your brand sales take off from the beginning.

  • Production

    Production of your very own brand

    Once the client shares the brand design and the total order quantity, and agrees on price and payment terms, we begin producing the product, sourcing the packaging materials, and preparing the consignment with the client’s brand label. Our lead times vary depending on the size of the order. On average, we prepare LCL private label orders within 2-3 weeks and FCL private label orders within 3-5 weeks.

  • Shipment

    Have the goods shipped to you

    Once the consignment has been finalised, it will be loaded in a container for a 20FCL/40FCL or in a truck for a LCL and sent to the port or yard, respectively. Based on the agreed shipping interco terms (link to shipping page), we will share the cost and the obligation of the shipment logistics. Clients can expect their shipment to arrive at the destination port within 5 days at the earliest for countries in nearby proximity to Sri Lanka, and within 70 days at the latest for countries in further proximity to Sri Lanka. Most of our buyers obtain their goods within 45 days of shipment dispatch.

  • Driving consumption

    Have consumers purchase your products

    Although we are confident that you have a go-to-market strategy established for your brand, we are always available to support you with consumer inquiries and coconut product related information that will help you drive sales.   • Repeat

    Repeat and reorder

    Once you see your products selling and your stock running out, you are able to contact the CEO personally in advance via e-mail or what’s app and place your next order. We are able to confirm the order within 24 hours and begin consignment preparations straight away.
