Organic Coconut Water is a low-glycemic and refreshing beverage. It is produced from the coconut kernel, and is high in natural electrolytes. Ultra Heat Treatment (UHT) Coconut Water utilizes a short burst of high heat treatment to kill pathogenic and non-pathogenic bacteria in the product. The product is then aseptically packed in tetra packaging to obtain shelf-stable condition.
Organic Coconut Water has a shelf life of 12 months and should be stored in a dry, cool environment. Once opened, it must be refrigerated and used within 7 days.
The coconut water factory is certified BRC, SMETA, ISO22000, USDA NOP, EU Organic, JAS, FDA, Halal and Kosher.
