Description
Organic Desiccated Coconut (DC) High Fat Fine is produced from the fresh white meat of the coconut kernel. The white kernel is cut into fine sized particles and then dried at 100 celsius centigrade. It has a fat % between 63%-68%.
Organic desiccated coconut has a shelf life of 12 months and should be stored in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination Once the package is opened, it is advisable to use a clean spoon in order to avoid microbial contamination.

Desiccated coconut is used for baking and confectionery items.
Packaging Description
Desiccated coconut wholesale is exported bulk in 25kg 3ply kraft bags with inner foodgrade polyliner. The polyliner is first filled with the DC and heat sealed, and then the poyliner is inserted inside the 3 ply kraft bag and stitch sealed.
A 20fcl can fit 12,500kg of desiccated coconut fine, which is 500 bags of 25kg.

We offer delivery on FOB, CFR, CIF and DTD basis. Clients can purchase as low as 500kg.
