Description
Organic Desiccated Coconut (DC) High Fat Shredded is produced from the fresh white meat of the coconut kernel. The white kernel is cut to 1 to 1.5cm length size particles with 1.2 – 1.5mm width and then dried at 100 celsius centigrade. It has a fat % between 63%-68%.
Organic desiccated coconut has a shelf life of 12 months and should be stored in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination Once the package is opened, it is advisable to use a clean spoon to avoid microbial contamination.
