Toasted Coconut Chips is produced from the fresh white meat of the coconut kernel. The white kernel is cut into chip sized pieces and then dried at 100 celsius centigrade. It is then oven baked in order to provide a crip, golden brown snack. It has a fat % between 63%-68%.

Description

Sugar and salt flavoured coconut chips consist of coconut chips mixed with cane sugar and salt. Initially, the coconut chip is produced from the fresh white meat of the coconut kernel. The white kernel is cut into chip sized pieces and then dried at 100 celsius centigrade. The chips are then oven baked in order to provide a crisp, golden brown texture and appearance. The chips are then mixed with sugar and salt to convert it to a tasty snack.

Organic toasted coconut chips with sugar and salt have a shelf life of 12 months and should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from moisture and contamination. Toasted chips should avoid exposure to humidity as that will result in losing its form and going stale.

We offer other coconut chip flavours such as sugar, salt, kithul palm, chilli, curry and cinnamon.

Our flavoured coconut chip suppliers are certified BRC, USDA NOP, EU Organic, JAS, FDA, Halal and Kosher. All ingredients are organic.

Packaging Description

Sugar and salted flavoured toasted Coconut chips are exported bulk in 10kg polyliner bag in box. The polyliner is first filled with the chips and heat sealed, and then the poyliner is placed inside a 3 ply carton and taped shut. Since the toasted coconut chips are delicate and can break, it is important to follow a packaging format that retains its shape.

A container can fit 5,000 kg of toasted chips, palletised. One pallet can fit 500kg, and a 20FCL can fit 10 pallets.

Shipping Services

We offer delivery on FOB, CFR, CIF and DTD basis. Clients can purchase as low as 500kg of toasted coconut chips.
